ACAC in Charlottesville offers four unique fitness and wellness facilities, incorporating  aquatics, an immense group exercise and mind body program, racquetball and squash courts, personal training, day spa, café, summer camps, senior fitness and wellness, Physical Therapy @ ACAC, kids' programs, a water park and corporate fitness programs. Most programs and amenities offered at ACAC are available to non-members as well as members. Members who join ACAC Albemarle Square or ACAC Downtown have access to both clubs including our newest club in Crozet Virginia. Our mission: "We Change Lives."
