Group Classes
Group exercise classes are perfect for individuals who like to work out with friends. Friendly, certified instructors ensure that participants exercise safely and have fun. If you are new to group exercise, consider trying the following classes:

  • Alexander Technique - By freeing the neck and spine of unnecessary tension, you can improve ease and freedom of movement, balance, stability and coordination. Benefits include chronic pain relief, better daily functioning, and improved sports performance.
  • Aqua Strength - Aquatic workouts utilize the unique properties of water to strengthen and tone the entire body. Participants use Styrofoam dumbbells in the warm water pool.
  • Arthritis Plus - Activities and exercises approved by the Arthritis Foundation promote functional endurance and increase flexibility and strength.
  • Balance - Experience a wide range of exercises and movements that improve balance, increase core strength, and reduce the fear of falling.
  • Easy Does It Yoga - A slower-paced, relaxing yoga class.
  • Lite-n-Lively - A low-impact, light to moderate intensity workout.
  • Mat Pilates 101 - Learn the essentials for a safe, effective Pilates mat workout.
  • Niatm Lite - A lighter version of this energizing and creative form of movement, Nia is a lifestyle practice to help you achieve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual fitness.
  • Pump Lite - Increase muscular strength and endurance in this light strength training class.
  • Stretch Your Horizons - A gentle, effective stretching class.
  • Tai Chi - Tai Chi is a martial art characterized by soft, slow, flowing movements performed with precision. This meditation in motion emphasizes relaxation, improves balance, increases muscle tone, and decreases stress.
  • Water Exercise - This class incorporates aquatic cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility exercises that are appropriate for participants of all levels.
