ACAC Fitness & Wellness invites you to experience our exceptional facilities and engaging wellness programs designed to improve the health of your employees.
In a recent American Management Association national study, 71% of executives responded that corporations have a responsibility to promote wellness among employees. More than half (52%) of the companies surveyed offer discounts or corporate memberships to health clubs for their employees.*
"Our belief and philosophy is that a healthy body contributes substantially to a productive employee. We allow our staff to extend their lunch hour in order to exercise. Employees who exercise in the middle of the day return refreshed and ready for a very productive afternoon.
We also believe that promoting a healthy lifestyle helps reduce claims under our health insurance policy and contributes to keeping premium increases to a minimum. Staff members who exercise regularly have fewer absences due to illness.
Our investment in our ACAC corporate membership provides positive returns for both our company and our employees."
