ACAC Downtown is convenient for many area professionals! An easy walk to the Downtown Mall, ACAC houses a fitness center, group exercise and mind~body studios, racquetball and squash courts, an indoor aquatics center, well-appointed changing rooms and "Kidz Zone", our childcare facility. Members and Non-Members can choose from a variety of services such as swim lessons (for all ages), personal training and small group training. The Spa at ACAC is now offering massage at the downtown facility.
