ACAC is home to the only indoor arena in Central Virginia capable of fully enclosed indoor play, which enhances stick skills, reflexes, and provides an environment conducive to learning and conditioning during the off season.

Join Missi Sanders, former Head Coach at UVA and NCAA Coach of the Year as she leads this highly instructional and fun program designed for young girls. Perfect for those who want to enhance their game by advancing their skills and fundamentals through drills, scrimmages and conditioning exercises.

NEW! High School Field Hockey League

 ACAC Sports announces the second season of the acac Girls Indoor Field Hockey High School League for the 2010 spring season. This season is for girls currently in 9th – 12th grades. Join Missi Sanders, former Head Coach at UVa and NCAA Coach of the Year, as she heads this season of indoor field hockey.

Games will be in a 5 v 5 format with teams picked weekly comprised of local high school girls. Players may play with their high school teammates.  Seven minute running times periods will start at 5:00pm and conclude at 6:30pm.   All games will be officiated by Coach Sanders and her staff.

Players must have stick (indoor preferred), mouth guard, shin guards, and sneakers (no cleats). Private School players must wear goggles.

Session Dates: March 7, 14, 21, 28, April 18, 25 (Skip April 4 and 11)
