Field Hockey Academy
ACAC is home to the only indoor arena in Central Virginia capable of fully enclosed indoor play, which enhances stick skills, reflexes, and provides an environment conducive to learning and conditioning during the off season.
Join Missi Sanders, former NCAA Coach of the Year at UVA, as she leads this highly instructional and fun program designed for 2nd through 5th grade girls. Perfect for girls who not only want to learn about the game but develop skills and fundamentals, through drills, scrimmages and conditioning exercises.

When: Mondays 5:15-6:20 pm
Six Week Session runs from 9/22 - 10/27
What to Bring: Field Hockey Stick, Shinguards and Mouthpiece.
