ACAC offers more than 275 land, water and mind~body classes every week between our Albemarle Square and Downtown locations. With more than 55 types of classes to choose from, your workouts stay fresh and exciting. Click on "Class Schedule" to the left for schedule of classes and class descriptions.

GROUP and WATER EXERCISE

ACAC offers more than 100 land and 45 water exercise classes each week to suit the needs of every individual. Land exercise classes include:

Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of a two-hour delay or school closing in the Albemarle County School District, regularly scheduled morning group classes (group exercise, water exercise and mind~body) are cancelled at Albemarle Square, Downtown and Crozet locations. Regular class schedules resume at noon. Special classes will be held at 10:00, 10:15 & 11:30 at Albemarle Square; and 10:00 & 10:15 at Downtown in this occurrence.

In the event of an afternoon, evening or weekend snow, please contact Member Services, check the website for class status, or join our Group Class news email lists for all class updates.
