Kinesis Experience

Based on the concept of integrated functional training, or strength training for real life, Kinesis is a circuit of four stations that allow you to work against resistance in all three planes of motion: forward and backward, side to side, and rotation. Kinesis is an excellent way to:

  • Improve posture and range of motion
  • Enhance balance and coordination
  • Avoid injury
  • Train for the sport of your choice (triathlon, running, tennis, golf)
  • IMaximize strength and functionality in daily activities (unloading groceries, stepping backwards while carrying a child)

"The Kinesis Experience" at Albemarle Square - These 1 hour small group training sessions are available for purchase as single sessions, or packages of 4, 6 or 8 sessions with your preferred instructor. Enrollment is available at the Alb. Square Member Services Desk. Groups meet in the Kinesis studio at Albemarle Square
