Your ACAC Personal Training Team consists of many nationally-certified and degreed professionals with incredibly diverse educational backgrounds, skills, experiences and personalities. Frequent training, staff seminars, workshops and certification programs ensure that your trainer is always prepared to teach you about the latest exercise techniques and wellness insights. As leaders in their field, ACAC trainers can work with your physician, physical therapist, coach, and others to design a plan that is right for you. Your trainer's expertise may encompass:

General Exercise - weight loss, senior strength training, stress reduction, fitness for beginners, flexibility & stretching, sculpting & toning, posture & alignment.

Medical Issues - back pain, pre-natal and post-partum, cardiac and physical rehab, menopause, arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia.

Performance Training - sport-specific training, speed & agility training, injury prevention.
