Pilates Personal Training
Learn movement patterns that stretch the body while strengthening the deepest muscles, creating a strong core, increasing endurance, and enhancing flexibility. The best way to begin incorporating Pilates into your workout routine is to meet one-to-one with a Pilates personal trainer. In this introductory session, you will learn the techniques and terminology needed to successfully participate in ACAC Pilates classes. Pilates personal trainers can help you advance beyond introductory level classes, too. Individuals with injury or chronic pain, special health issues, or specific training goals can also benefit from one-to-one attention or specialized small group training classes.

Small Group Training
