"Let’s have a Ball" with Gary Broyles - If it is variety and a new challenge you’re looking for, this is the group for you. It’s old school, new deal, an age-old medicine ball workout. "The Commitment" with Jenny Peterson - Get it done, guaranteed. This is a 12 week program that incorporates Kinesis into more traditional weight training and cardio workouts. These 1 hour sessions meet twice per week and utilize both the Small Group Training studio and the fitness floor.
"Weight No More" with Vicky Stow and the ACAC Nutrition Team - A six-week program that combines the best of both worlds! This program provides a great exercise experience along with the right nutritional guidance. Initial assessment is included. The fitness group is designed to meet twice per week, and the Nutrition group would meet weekly to tie it all together.
"The Edge" with Jenny Peterson - Looking to boost your workout in preparation for the warmer seasons? Enjoy the benefits of “periodization” by switching up your workout with Jenny every two weeks.
