Tournaments/Leagues

Hours of Operation:

Courts are available for play during club operational hours. We encourage members to reserve their court times in advance. If courts are not reserved, they are open to any members. However members with reservations have priority.

Reservations:

Members may reserve courts, free of charge, two days in advance by calling ACAC Downtown (434.984.3800) or in person at the ACAC Downtown Member Services desk. Courts may be reserved for one hour per member per day. Reservations are available on the hour starting at 6:00am Monday through Friday, 8:00am on Saturday and 11:00am on Sundays. The last court reservation is one hour prior to club closing. Members wishing to reserve a court should have charge on account. Reservations will be honored until 15 minutes into the reserved time slot.

Cancellation Policy:

Members wishing to cancel a court reservation may do so by calling ACAC Downtown or in person at the ACAC Downtown Member Services desk. To avoid a $5 cancellation fee, members are asked to cancel within two hours of their reservation.

Equipment:

Members are asked to use and wear appropriate equipment when using the courts. This includes proper racquets, balls and eyewear. All members and guests using the courts MUST wear appropriate eyewear at all times. Non-marking shoes should be worn at all times. Racquets, balls and eyewear may be rented at the ACAC Member Services desk for $5 each item. Or members may choose to purchase their own equipment through the ACAC Downtown Logo Shop.

Family Time:

Children 12 years of age must play with their parents. Young adults, age thirteen to adult, are welcome to use the courts.

Saturday & Sunday, 1:00-4:00pm
Children age 8-12 years of age may use the racquetball and squash courts during Family Time and must be actively accompanied by an adult. Young adults, age 13 to adult, are welcome to use the courts at any time.

Guests:

Guests accompanied by a member are welcome to play. We ask guests to process their guest fee at the ACAC Member Services desk.
